Warranty Policy
1. Provider and scope
This policy covers repairs and parts supplied by xyphiox.com LLC, EDRPOU 52950092, Kyiv, Ukraine. It applies together with Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015. Consumer-facing product information is provided in Ukrainian in line with Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' dated 25.04.2019.
2. Warranty period
Repairs: 12 months from the date of completion. Replacement parts: 6 months from the date of installation. The period is extended by any time the item spends in our care for a valid claim.
3. Coverage
We will, at our option, repair or replace a part or a repair that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. Parts supplied subject to wear (e.g. filters, seals, consumables) are covered only where premature failure is proven.
4. Exclusions
Excluded: misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification or repair, accidental damage, normal wear, cosmetic wear that does not affect function, incorrect installation not performed by us, and force majeure. Exclusions must not be applied where they conflict with mandatory consumer law.
5. Warranty claim and disputes
Claims must be sent to contact@xyphiox.com or to the address above, with proof of purchase or repair. We respond within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution or apply to a court of Ukraine. We must not mislead you under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
